INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
- Select the appropriate category (undergraduate or postgraduate student or professional) and area of greatest interest and fill in all the requested information;
- If necessary, fill in the information for issuing an invoice in the space for Invoice Information;
- undergraduate and postgraduate student students must send proof of enrollment to complete the application;
- After sending the form, you will receive in your email the confirmation;
- Any correction to your data must be requested directly via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), giving full name and the data that must be corrected;
Your registration only will be CONFIRMED after sending the proof of payment of the fee.
- All cancellations or modifications of registration must be mad in writing to email@example.com;
The following refund arrangements apply if a registrant is unable to atend:
- Before October 15th: Eligible for 50% of payment refund;
- After October 15th: Not eligible for refund.
